Welcome to Seesweet, a creator commerce platform operated by Fento LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Seesweet,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our services, including our website at https://seesweet.com, creator stores, and related tools and features (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not access or use our Services.

1. Overview of Services

Seesweet enables creators to launch customizable storefronts to design, sell, and distribute branded products such as apparel, phone cases, and more. We provide end-to-end services including:

• Storefront creation and management
• Product design and preview tools
• On-demand manufacturing and fulfillment
• Order processing, shipping, and tracking
• Customer service support
• Payment collection and revenue payouts
• Optional premium features or paid upgrades

Seesweet may update available services or features at any time. Some services may be free; others may be offered for a fee or under a revenue-sharing agreement.

2. Eligibility

‍

You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction to create a creator account. All creators must complete identity verification as part of the onboarding process.

By using our Services, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate, complete, and lawful. Seesweet reserves the right to reject or suspend accounts that do not meet our compliance standards.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

‍

Certain features or services on Seesweet may require a paid subscription or service fee. You agree to pay all applicable charges as described on our website or in a specific service agreement.

Seesweet collects payments from buyers and distributes creator revenue as described in our payout policy. Platform fees, transaction charges, or production costs may be deducted prior to payout.

Unless otherwise specified, all payments are non-refundable. Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of Services.

4. User Content and Store Data

‍

As a creator, you may upload logos, product designs, images, descriptions, or other materials (“User Content”) to customize your storefront. You retain ownership of your User Content.

‍

By submitting User Content, you grant Seesweet a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, host, copy, and distribute such content solely for the purpose of operating and promoting your store and fulfilling orders.

‍

You represent and warrant that your content does not infringe on third-party rights, violate laws, or include prohibited content. Seesweet may remove or disable access to any content that violates these Terms.

‍

5. Ownership and Intellectual Property

‍

You retain ownership of your trademarks, logos, and original artwork uploaded to Seesweet.

‍

All technology, templates, fulfillment infrastructure, and software developed or maintained by Seesweet—including product mockup generators, store themes, and backend systems—are the exclusive property of Seesweet or its licensors.

‍

You agree not to copy, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit Seesweet’s platform outside the intended use of Services.

‍

6. Order Fulfillment and Third-Party Services

‍

Seesweet handles the production, packaging, shipping, and customer service for orders placed through creator storefronts. We may partner with third-party manufacturers, logistics providers, and payment processors to deliver Services.

‍

You acknowledge that order fulfillment times, delivery speed, and inventory availability may vary. Seesweet is not responsible for delays caused by external vendors or carriers.

‍

Seesweet may use third-party services such as Stripe, Printify, Shippo, or others. Use of such services is subject to their own terms and policies.

7. Confidentiality

‍

Seesweet will treat all non-public information you provide to us—such as personal identity data or private store configurations—as confidential. We will not disclose your confidential data to third parties except where required to provide Services or comply with law.

8. Service Changes

‍

We may modify, add, or discontinue features or portions of the Services at any time, with or without notice. If a material change impacts your paid account, we will notify you and offer options for continued use, downgrade, or cancellation.

9. Warranties and Disclaimers

‍

Seesweet provides its Services “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee product sales, customer behavior, or any financial outcome.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all express or implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

‍

10. Limitation of Liability

‍

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Seesweet shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or loss of goodwill.

Our total liability in any matter related to the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the three (3) months before the claim.

11. Termination

‍

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for cause, including violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, or non-payment.

‍

You may cancel your creator account at any time by following the procedures in your dashboard. Seesweet may retain store data for a limited time as required by law or internal policy.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

‍

These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Delaware, excluding its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

13. Changes to These Terms

‍

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to you via email or platform notice. Continued use of Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance.
