This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) explains how Fento LLC (d/b/a Seesweet) (“Seesweet,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards personal and business information obtained through:
- The Seesweet website located at https://seesweet.com, including all sub-domains (the “Site”); and
- The Seesweet Services, as defined in Seesweet’s Terms and Conditions.
By accessing or using the Site or Services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in this Policy. If you do not agree to this Policy, you should discontinue use of the Site and Services.
2. SCOPE
This Policy applies to:
- Personal information collected from clients and prospective clients of Seesweet (“Client Information”); and
- End-customer information processed by Seesweet on behalf of Clients through the Services (“Client Data”).
Where Seesweet processes Client Data, it does so as a data processor or service provider, acting solely on the instructions of the Client, who remains the controller of such data.
3. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
3.1 Information Provided Directly by Clients
We collect information Clients provide when they:
- Create an account or subscribe to Services;
- Submit inquiries, proposals, or customer-support requests;
- Upload or transmit content through the Services; or
- Engage with marketing materials or research opportunities.
This may include:
- Contact Information (name, business email, phone number, address);
- Billing and Payment Information (business payment method, billing details);
- Account Credentials (usernames, passwords, or authentication tokens);
- Business Profile Information (company name, industry, team size, performance metrics); and
- Communications (correspondence, feedback, and support inquiries).
3.2 Information Automatically Collected
When you use the Site or Services, Seesweet automatically collects certain data, including:
- Device identifiers, IP address, and browser type;
- Usage data such as page views, login times, and feature interactions;
- Cookies, pixels, and similar tracking technologies to improve performance and analytics; and
- Aggregate statistics regarding campaign effectiveness, message delivery, and conversions.
3.3 Information Processed as Client Data
When Clients use the Services, Seesweet processes Client Data—such as end-customer names, emails, phone numbers, and transaction information—strictly to provide and improve the Services.
Seesweet does not sell, rent, or use Client Data for its own marketing or product-development purposes, and all such data is handled in accordance with applicable data-protection laws and Client instructions.
3.4 Information from Third Parties
We may receive information from trusted third-party partners, integrations, or public sources to help verify accounts, enhance marketing analytics, or prevent fraud.
4. HOW WE USE INFORMATION
Seesweet uses collected information to:
- Operate, maintain, and provide the Services;
- Deliver client-requested analytics, reports, and campaign management tools;
- Personalize experiences and improve Seesweet IP;
- Communicate administrative updates, service announcements, and marketing offers;
- Process payments and enforce contractual rights;
- Monitor performance, security, and compliance with applicable laws; and
- Conduct internal research and development, including testing and optimization of AI models in accordance with Section 8 below.
5. DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION
Seesweet may share information in the following limited circumstances:
- Service Providers and Sub-Processors: We engage vendors for hosting, analytics, payment processing, and communication delivery. These third parties may access information only to perform their contractual obligations and are bound by confidentiality and data-protection requirements.
- Affiliates: We may share data within Fento LLC’s corporate family for internal operations consistent with this Policy.
- Business Transfers: If Seesweet undergoes a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
- Legal Compliance: We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or governmental request, or to protect our rights, safety, or property, or that of others.
Seesweet does not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
6. DATA SECURITY
Seesweet employs commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards—including encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access controls, and continuous monitoring—to protect information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
Despite these measures, no online system can guarantee absolute security, and Clients are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for promptly notifying Seesweet of any suspected unauthorized access.
7. DATA RETENTION
Seesweet retains information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy or as required by law.
- Client Information is retained for the duration of the business relationship and any applicable legal period thereafter.
- Client Data is retained for up to thirty (30) days after termination of Services unless otherwise directed by Client.
Upon expiration of that period, data is securely deleted or anonymized.
8. ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE PROCESSING
8.1 Use of AI Models. Seesweet uses third-party foundational AI models (e.g., OpenAI or similar providers) to assist in generating marketing copy, subject-line optimization, and message-timing predictions.
8.2 Data Handling. Only non-sensitive, anonymized text and metadata may be transmitted for these functions. Seesweet does not use end-customer personally identifiable information for AI training or profiling.
8.3 Purpose. AI processing is used solely to enhance Client campaign performance, automate personalization, and improve the overall quality of the Services.
8.4 Compliance and Auditing. Seesweet maintains internal policies to ensure that AI usage is responsible, ethical, and compliant with applicable privacy and data-protection laws.
9. INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS
Seesweet is headquartered in the United States. Information collected may be stored or processed in the U.S. or other jurisdictions where Seesweet or its service providers operate.
Where required by law, Seesweet will implement appropriate safeguards—such as Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent mechanisms—to ensure adequate protection for data transferred outside your jurisdiction.
10. COOKIES AND TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES
The Site uses cookies and similar technologies for analytics, functionality, and performance optimization.
You may adjust your browser settings to refuse cookies, but certain Site features may not function properly.
Categories of cookies include:

If Seesweet processes your data on behalf of a Client, please direct such requests to the relevant Client, as the controller of that data.
12. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY
The Services are not directed to or intended for children under the age of 18. Seesweet does not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we learn that a minor’s data has been collected, we will promptly delete it.
13. LINKS TO OTHER SITES
The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services not operated by Seesweet. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those third parties. We encourage you to review their privacy policies before providing any information.
14. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
Seesweet may update this Policy periodically to reflect changes in our practices or legal obligations. The updated Policy will be posted on our Site with a new “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Services after such posting constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
